SPRAY BOOTH BUILD REFERENCE

Well since I posted the oven build I though I would post up my spray booth as well


I have limited space in my shop so I made it so I could lft it out of the way I did a Bi-fold design the top is from the local scrap yard it used to be a garage door panel from a local shop it is 7.5' x 4' therefor that is the size of my spray booth.



Most of the frame work also came from the scrap yard. The whole thing only cost about 200.00 for sheet metal and rigging

Six filters keep the airflow going I do have to change them quite often though.

The plenum goes to a modified squirrel cage blower from a house furnace.

I now have a 3 micron filter bag from a dust collector on the out flow of the blower to catch any overflow that the filters miss
